Understanding Social Media Using Sentiment Analysis
I have choosen this article because I found as major importance the use of Social Media in the modern world.
More in details, what impressed me more is that: "big companies, such as Ford, Proctor&Gamble and Coca-Cola ‘listen’, monitor and, if need be, counteract any virtual – and viral – conversations might be generating". In my opinion this could be a limitation of the freedom of express, a limitation of opinion.
I think that social media are a good means to promote products and services but companies should respect the right to say what a customer think, their opinions, etc.
Nowadays, sentiment analysis technologies have been developed to build a more complete view of brands’ reputation from a consumer’s perspective. They evaluate the information as positive, neutral or negative. I think it could be a good idea when companies want to have a better feedback in order to modify and improve their reputation. On the contrary it could be otrageous when companies try to modify customers behavior by scare them through libel lawsuit.

How Small Hoteliers Can Use Twitter and Facebook.
I have chosen this article because new social medias are one of the most actual thing in the technology age.
Nowadays, many people like make best affairs and Facebook or Twitter seems to work very well on that!
Friends on facebook or Twitter really belive they are getting big discounts or last-minute minute offers they won't get anywhere else.
The biggest advantage is that it's free, personally tailored, and close to the every day communication.
Moreover, it is possible to get a real feedback; thanks to this you can really know customers expectation and drive your next offer to customers satisfaction.
Of course the third person you are communicating informations should not feel like being a customer but a friend or better a special person.
Only this way, you can really impress potential customer that are not aware of being it!

Conncerning the next 30 Years Travel Trends I think that the underwater trend is a realistic one. Reading the article we could think about the Poseidon Mystery Island resort in Fiji, or the Hydropolis in Dubai which are next to become a reality. I personally think that this kind of tourism could expand all over the world very quickly. I could imagine a submarine cruise to discover underwater cities or wreckages like the Titanic one.
Following the next 30 years trend I think that home stay could have a very important expansion in cities like Paris where in some peak times we can assist to a lack of the hotel supply. Locals opening up their own homes could give the change to visitors of living a real experience and not a mass one. Above all, they could consider this activity as an additional economic income.

Aricle critic # 1: Spa study for Australia - http://www.4hoteliers.com/4hots_nshw.php?mwi=6655
I have chosen this article because Spa is one of the most important reality in the tourism world.
As we can see in the article spa's revenue are increasing by 17% compared to 2008. Who's increasing more? who less? as we can see 67% of spas were day spas and 33% were hotel spas.
But what I see as incredible is that 54% of visits to hotel spas were from people not staying in the adjoining hotel.
Why? the answer is easy to see: prices of spa treatments were higher at hotel spas in comparison to prices set by day spas.
What I can see by that is a competitive disadvantage of hotel spas. Most of the time hotel spas are very good hotels which use the importance of their brand to attract customers.
As we can see by this spa study hotel spas MUST decrease their prices and allow to the people which are staying at the hotel to get better price than they could get in the day spas.
In fact the market is getting more and more crowded because of the competitive advantage of the day spas.
I think that nowadays the challenge is up to the hotel spas: they could allow the Australian spa industry to have a long term growth.
